About Margaret

Hi! My name is Margaret, I'm an after school program teacher and I'm looking for a family that needs a nanny! I currently teach sewing and crafting classes, and I've also worked at museums, summer camps and outdoor education programs, and my experience is primarily with elementary aged kids. I've also worked as a nanny for different families, as well as an in-home care provider for older clients, which has made me very sensitive to how important your preferences are when it comes to how things are done in your home. I live in West Seattle, I have my own car, and I love pets! I also love being outdoors, reading, singing and dancing, sewing and knitting, and visiting museums. I believe in leading with curiosity and the power of pay in learning. I have lots of practice holding the necessary boundaries with kids, but always while meeting them with kindness and an open mind.
