About Samantha

It's so nice to get the chance to chat with you! I'm Sammie, I've been a part time nanny for the past two years while I'm completing my masters and gotta say I love it! Some background information about me: for the past year or so, I've been an outdoor educator teaching fourth and fifth graders about enjoying the outdoors, exploration, and community. Before that, I was teaching gymnastics to preschool and kindergarten age kids, running a play center for infants to young children as part of Bainbridge Metro Parks and Recreation, as well as working as a full time preschool teacher at Bainbridge Island Child Care Center. I'm CPR and first aid certified, and love takings both adults and kids alike out on adventures to museums, playgrounds, and aquariums. In my free time, I love doing fabric arts such as sewing, knitting, and embroidering!!
