About Madison

My name is Madison , and I bring over 10 years of dedicated experience working with children with autism and other special needs. My background includes roles as a Communication Assistant, One-on-One Aide, and Social Skills Trainer within the Texas Independent School Districts. I am trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Crisis Intervention, and I am CPR First Aid Certified. In my previous roles, I provided direct support to students by modifying lessons, creating visual schedules, and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
