About Marianna

I have developed passion for working with kids since I started babysitting 10 years ago. In college I studied psychology and took several child development courses. After graduating, I became a direct service provider and clinical associate working with kids age 3-15 at a community mental health center. There, I worked with kids providing one-on-one support in school and also running after school programming focusing on social-emotional development, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, among other skills. I received training in trauma-informed care, trust-based relational intervention, and CPR. Currently, I am pursuing my masters of social work with the hopes of becoming a licensed clinician working with kids and adolescents in my future practice. I am easy going, energetic, and creative!
