About Lily

My name is Lily, and I'm a passionate, playful, and reliable nanny with years of experience working with children of all ages. I've been a preschool teacher, a long-time babysitter, and a full-time nanny-and through it all, one thing has always been clear: I genuinely love working with kids. I'm a firm believer in creating a space where kids feel safe, heard, and free to be themselves-and where fun and laughter are just part of the daily routine! Im a huge empath, a great communicator, and I naturally bring a calm and lighthearted energy into the home. I'm super close with my own family (I have a younger sister and older brother I adore!), and that's a big part of why I'm hoping to find a family that values kindness, open communication, and a family-oriented environment. I truly believe that the best nanny-family relationships are built on trust, mutual respect, and shared values-and of course, a good sense of humor doesn't hurt :)
