My time with my current share is coming to an end so im starting my search for my next gig. I've been a full time nanny for going on a decade now primarily having worked in shares. I have immense experience with multiple kiddos of the same age but also kids with larger age gaps as well. My niche has been newborn-preschool age but have also worked with school aged kids including my past nanny kiddos that I frequently still sit for. I'm a fun loving nanny who values getting out rain or shine whether that be to go to storytime at the library, parks, tot gym, or just out for a walk. I believe structure and routine are important for kids but I also believe in going with the flow and understanding each day will be different from the next. I treat the children in my care with respect and value giving them as much autonomy as safely possible. I allow children to have the space to feel all their feelings and help them to learn how to voice those feelings.
