About Manon

Hello! I'm an experienced mom of three with over 13 years of parenting experience, as well as many years of paid nannying, babysitting, and teaching experience. I have a BA in Education and Psychology with an emphasis in Youth Development. I am looking for part-time or occasional Nanny work, preferably in the North Kirkland/Kenmore area where I live, though I'm open to traveling for the right family. I believe that children thrive in a warm, loving environment with clear rules and expectations. In my experience, "connection before correction" is important and I always strive to make sure all kids in my care feel valued, safe, and cared for. I love getting kids outdoors! Exploring local parks/playgrounds and going on nature walks is one of my favorite activities with kids. I also love organizing art and craft activities and playing board games.
