About Leanne

Hello! I am Leanne I am experienced with diverse learners through my 20 years of being an educator in NC and SC. I hold a valid NC and SC teaching license. My primary focus is on students with dyslexia and other reading difficulties in Pre-K through College levels. I have additional training in Orton Gillingham (30 hour Classroom Teacher and 70 hour Associate Level training). I offer both 1 hour Orton Gillingham tutoring sessions, as well as 45 minute skills based tutoring in reading. I enjoy working with students who have not responded to the "typical learning to read process." Through multiple assessments I will work to identify your child's strengths and areas for growth in literacy, using data to drive my instruction. I work with both homeschool and traditional school students, and I accept the ESA Plus grant for NC and SC. I offer both virtual and in person sessions in Fort Mill
