About Kelsey

I have 3 and a half years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare center setting. I have created and implemented a lot of infant/toddler lesson plans during my time in ECE so I am experienced in creating fun and developmentally appropriate activities. I am also experienced in keeping up with developmental milestones. I am CPR and first aid certified and I have taken a training on infant safe sleep. I have also taken college courses for an infant/toddler certificate to further gain knowledge on that age group. Throughout my time in early childhood education I have developed a passion for not only supporting the children in my care but being a trusted resource for parents to help them feel supported as well. Parenting can be challenging at times, I am a mom myself (to a kindergartener) so I know first hand it truly takes a village!
