Ariel has been our toddler’s nanny for over a year, and our experience with her has far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. From the very beginning, she earned our complete trust through her clear, professional communication and transparent approach. She’s not only helped our daughter thrive, but has been a steady, thoughtful support to me and my husband in countless ways. My husband travels frequently, and during those times, Ariel consistently goes out of her way to make sure I have extra help. She has been incredibly accommodating to our sometimes unpredictable schedule, always showing up with a positive attitude and remarkable reliability. Her attendance is outstanding—she only misses work when absolutely necessary and always gives us as much notice as possible. Ariel is deeply attuned to our daughter’s unique needs and creates safe, nurturing environments that encourage growth and exploration. She often brings developmental milestones to our attention and thoughtfully strategizes ways to support our child’s progress. When uncertain about our preferences, she doesn’t hesitate to ask, always ensuring she aligns with our values and goals. Her openness to feedback and her eagerness to grow in partnership with our family make working with her an absolute joy. One of the unexpected gifts Ariel brings is her talent as a photographer—she has graciously captured beautiful, candid moments of our daughter that we will cherish for a lifetime. She’s always thinking of little ways to make our lives easier, and these thoughtful gestures add up to something truly special. Ariel is unique, colorful, deeply generous, and kind. I am so thankful that my daughter gets to witness and learn from the beautiful way Ariel moves through the world. There is so much mutual gratitude and joy in our relationship. She feels like family—because she is. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her in their lives.
