About Charlotte

I am a mom of four with more than 20 years of childcare experience. I was a medical foster parent for seven years, and have adopted kids with medical needs, so I am comfortable handling a range of special needs. I have also completed extensive parenting/childcare education as a foster parent. Before becoming a parent myself, I was a babysitter and a nanny in various capacities for many years, as well as holding a CNA position at a clinic in a major children's hospital. More recently, I nannied part-time for two families in the Triangle. I thrive with infants and toddlers, but am very comfortable with older children as well! I am comfortable with pets, I am a non-smoker, and I have reliable transportation. I love taking kids out on little adventures to keep their growing minds busy, and I'm passionate about singing, reading, and spending time in nature with children.
