About Kayla

With 11 years of childcare experience, I combine classroom leadership, behavioral therapy training, and a true passion for child development. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development/Special Education and have worked as a Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher as well as a behavioral therapist supporting children with disabilities. I'm experienced in early literacy, social-emotional growth, and individualized support strategies. My core value is cultivation by nurturing confidence, curiosity, and character. While I'm not anti-technology, I prefer hands-on activities like reading, creative play, and imaginative exploration.
