About Christa

Hello! I'm Christa, an Early Childhood Development student passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I grew up in North Eastern New Mexico and I recently moved back to Albuquerque to finish my classes. I am one semester shy from getting my associates degree and I have experience caring for children in educational and home settings, supporting daily routines, meal preparation, homework, learning activities, and play. My studies and hands on experience have strengthened my skills in child development, behavior guidance, communication, organization, creating safe, and nurturing environments. I work at building trusting relationships, supporting emotional growth, helping with creativity and independence, and providing engaging activities that encourage developmental milestones. I am dependable, caring, and energetic. I am committed to delivering reliable childcare and a positive, supportive experience for every child I have the opportunity to care for.
