Anne is incredibly punctual and so reliable, and since she has literally decades of experience in childcare, she really knows her stuff. She doesn't hesitate to share her experience while also respecting our wishes as the parents. I always appreciate her experience, and how she even keeps up to date on the modern recommendations and literature for raising children. Anne is also bilingual, and I think it has been great for our daughter to hear speech in two languages.
