I am a very successful teacher of special needs children. My areas of expertise, include teaching, deaf, and hard of hearing children; teaching children who learn differently; and teaching children on the autism spectrum, all at the pre-K to grade 3 Teaching children who learn differently is a love of mine and I am highly successful with struggling readers and writers. I use an eclectic approach, and find the way that the child learns best. I use games and have many fun "tricks." To help challenged children. The goal is supposed to learn the academic skill in a way that promotes confidence and takes away discouragement. I am part cheerleader.!
