About Karyna

Hi! My name is Karyna, and I have a strong background in education and child development. I have several years of experience working with children, including those with special needs, and I'm currently continuing my studies in psychology. I'm passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and structured environments where children can feel understood and supported. I believe in a balance of love and firm guidance, helping kids develop emotional regulation, independence, and confidence. I have worked as a behavioral therapist (BT) supporting children with autism, and I also have experience in daycare settings. I'm patient, responsible, and very attentive to each child's unique needs. I can help with daily routines, educational activities, emotional support, and light household tasks related to childcare.
