I am a dedicated and experienced childcare professional with over 10 years of experience caring for children from infancy through age 12. I hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's Degree to further expand my knowledge and skills in child development and education. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. My experience includes supporting developmental milestones, planning age-appropriate educational activities, assisting with daily routines, and fostering positive social and emotional development. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families through open communication, patience, and consistency.
