I'm an experienced childcare professional with over seven years of hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children of all ages. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Child Development from UNCC, which has strengthened my understanding of child development and family dynamics. I've worked as a nanny and in developmental/ABA settings, caring for infants, twins, and children with a wide range of needs and abilities. I take a child-centered approach that blends structure, play, and emotional support. I focus on creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that build confidence, independence, and curiosity while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. As someone with Alopecia Totalis, I'm passionate about inclusion and acceptance, and helping children feel safe being themselves.
