About Joy

Hello families! My name is Joy, and I bring over 7 years of experience supporting typically developing children and children with autism and other developmental needs across home, school, and clinical settings. I began my work in 2018 at a school serving both neurodiverse and typically developing children and have since worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy. My grad school training includes work at leading children's hospitals. My approach is warm, responsive, and tailored to each child's unique communication style, sensory needs, and behavioral goals. Whether your child benefits from structured routines, visual supports, play-based learning, or gentle redirection, I provide compassionate care that meets them where they are. I'm also eager and happy to collaborate with parents, therapists, and other providers to ensure consistency and support across environments.
