About Tiffany

Hi! I'm Tiffany, a dedicated and experienced childcare provider based in McLean. I've worked with children from 6 weeks to 6 years old and currently support children with special needs as a part-time Behavioral Health Technician. I'm actively studying for certifications to better assist children with learning and behavioral needs. I hope to be a registered behavioral technician soon! With a background in early childhood development, leadership, and community outreach, I'm passionate about creating safe, engaging, and empowering environments where kids can thrive.
