About Romy

As a PhD student studying School Psychology, supporting families in nurturing their children's young minds is my passion. I have over 7 years of experience caring for children aged 3 and up across many settings, including in schools, summer camps, clinics, and-most importantly-their homes. I hold two Masters degrees in Psychology and have extensive experience working with kids with a range of disabilities and support needs. I bring patience, creativity, and curiosity to every interaction with youth and enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, arts and crafts, and educational games that make learning fun. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and happy to help with cooking and swimming supervision as needed. I believe collaboration with families is paramount, and as such I follow parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences. My goal is to support your family and provide a safe, engaging environment where your children can thrive.
