With more than 25 years of professional experience and leadership development, coaching, and organizational performance , I've spent my career helping people leverage their strengths, overcome challenges and discover their full potential. Today, I bring that same passion to working one-on-one with students, helping them build confidence, effective study habits, and a genuine love of learning. Every student learns differently. Some thrive with visuals, others through conversation, examples, repetition, or hands-on practice. I take the time to understand how each student learns best and tailor my approach to meet them where they are. My goal isn't simply to improve grades-it's to help students become independent, confident learners who believe in their own abilities.
