About Jack

Hello, my name is Jack! I have Bachelor's of Science from Cornell University, where I majored in Oceanography and graduated in the top 1% of my class. I recently completed my masters in Marine Biology and am currently pursuing my PhD at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego, where I research various species of fish and sharks. I have served as a teaching assistant at the graduate level, as well as advise and mentor undergraduate students completing independent research projects. I use math, statistics, biology, chemistry, physics, and computer science on a daily basis, and am passionate about teaching these skills to interested students! I feel confident in my ability to tutor most math and science courses at the middle, high school, and college level!
