Ilaisane (Lisa) was our night nanny for 2.5 months for our now 4 month old daughter. She was incredibly patient, easygoing, and a pleasure to work with. Our daughter was a challenging eater but Lisa would sit with her for as long as it would take to have her take a bottle, which we needed her to eat since she was having trouble gaining weight early on. She also helped do some light sleep "learning" by putting her down drowsy but awake and getting her to learn to sleep on her own which was amazing. I give Lisa credit for our daughter's good sleep and nap behaviors (which has been a LOT better than our older son who needed to be rocked to sleep for months). Lisa also seemed to genuinely love interacting with our daughter and even at her young age, our daughter seemed incredibly comfortable and happy in her care. Lisa truly has a way with babies and we loved having her as our night nanny.
