About Jaery

Jaery's positive attitude and work ethic caught my attention and distinguished herself from the rest of the applicant pool for a number of reasons: 1. During the interview process, she conveyed that she was very interested in the job, and that she had already given people a heads up of her potentially taking this job even before I decided to hire her. 2. She had no problems with virtual calls for either interviews or to discuss instructions for the day of work. 3. She is very punctual and reliable. She always responds in a reasonable timeframe when I texted her, and she was on time for the babysitting job and all scheduled video calls. 4. Her patience and kindness makes her great with kids. She played with my child the entire time I needed her help, and is still asked for and missed weeks after I last had her over to babysit. When deciding to hire for babysitters there is always the dilemma between selecting a candidate with more established experience and one who may be less experienced but is more malleable and energetic. I decided to take a chance and hire Jaery thanks to her impressive attitude and she did not disappoint. In the future, I will continue to ask for her help for occasional babysitting jobs. I highly recommend hiring her to look after your little ones!
