I'm a nanny with 25+ yrs of experience and a mom of 3 grown sons! I've worked through nanny agencies with nanny training, as well as getting many of my jobs through referrals. I'm a happy person and great communicator. I love working with children and being a part of their development. It brings me so much joy. I'm willing to do driving, potty training, and follow the parents' schedule. Some examples of the jobs I've held: *I worked with a boy with special needs and his sister for four years. *I've worked with 4-year-old boy/girl twins for a year, and 12 yr. old boy/girl twins for 2 summers. *I've worked with 4+ children at once. A lot of my jobs lasted 3+ years. *I've worked the last 5 summers in a home daycare with up to 10 children. Most recently I was needed for 8 months until some of the children went off to preschool. I'm a non-smoker, I love pets, have a clean driving record with insurance, and am CPR/First Aid certified. I have many excellent references!

Unfortunately, I didn't end up hiring Marleen due to changes in my situation, but she was my candidate of choice had I hired a nanny. She had a natural, calm energy about her and being a mom herself, knew what my concerns were which comforted me. I am a huge believe that you get back what you put out. She was very communicative and honest which I appreciated. I will be keeping her contact information should my plans change in the future.
