During my second year, I worked alongside my sister caring for six children: newborn twins, a 7-month-old baby, three toddlers, and one preschooler. I currently care for a sweet 7-month-old baby with an Indian family, and I'm having a wonderful experience with them. I'm loving, patient, responsible, organized, and respectful. Milagros was a caring and helpful presence in our home. She enjoyed singing and listening to songs with our child, bringing a sweet and warm energy to our home. She kept our house clean through regular vacuuming and mopping, and she is a good cook. She meticulously took notes to learn new recipes tailored for our toddler and offered much needed assistance with meal prep. She also helped with laundry, organising toys and our toddler’s closet. While managing fussy eating and nap schedules presented a learning curve, Milagros showed a strong desire to improve. With more time, experience, and gentle guidance, she will naturally continue to build her confidence, pacing, multitasking, and routine management. Overall, Milagros is a hard-working, well-meaning caregiver who makes a genuine effort every day, and we wish her all the best in her next role.
