About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia, I'm a responsible, caring and reliable childcare provider currently living in San Jose. For the past 8 months I've been working as an AuPair, caring for 3-year-old twins and a 4-year-old. My responsibilities include supervising playtime, preparing meals, keeping the kid's engaged and creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment. I also completed internships in a kindergarten, where I worked with children between the ages of 1 and 6 in a group setting. In addition, I helped care for my three younger siblings, who are now 8, 11 and 16 years old. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility and how to connect with children of different ages and personalities. I'm available primarily on weekends for babysitting and would love to help families who need an extra hand. My goal is to make both parents and children feel comfortable, safe and well cared for.
