About Hailey

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Art, Dance, and Study Skills. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging, supportive, and patient environment where every child feels confident. I determine your child's unique learning style by actively listening and observing how they interact with new material. To keep students motivated through challenging concepts, I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement. I believe open communication builds the trust necessary for a truly collaborative relationship between tutor, student, and parent. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am happy to work with you in your home, at my home, online, or at the library, and I am very comfortable around pets. I look forward to helping your student thrive!
