About Eva

Learning alongside students is my passion. With one year of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen to students and observe their initial interactions with new material. I vary my teaching strategies, applying subjects in a way that fosters a passion for learning. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples. I encourage curiosity through interactive discussions. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and setting clear expectations. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I am in college, have a car, and am comfortable with pets. I tutor Math, English, and Science at the elementary and middle school levels, and can teach English up to AP levels. I would love to work with you to help your student achieve their goals!
