About Jocelyn

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience and a graduate degree, I specialize in Math, English, Computers, and Study Skills for learners ranging from elementary to college levels. My approach focuses on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I adapt my methods by observing how you interact with new material, utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to keep you engaged. I believe clear communication creates a collaborative environment where parents and students feel supported. Seeing a student master a difficult concept and gain newfound academic confidence is the most rewarding part of my work. Whether we meet at a library, school, or online, I am eager to help you succeed, and I truly look forward to embarking on this learning journey with you.
