About Emily

Hi there! My name is Emily, but you can call me Emmy. I am 23 years old and a recent graduate of Emerson College who plans on relocating to NYC in Fall 2025. I absolutely love working with kids and I have several years of experience! I worked as a preschool assistant teacher at The Gardner School in Cambridge, MA in my final semester of college, including spending several months in the infant room. I am Massachusetts StrongStart Early Education and Care certified and I am FirstAid & CPR certified, including with infants. I spent this past summer in Maine as the theatre teacher as an arts summer camp, and spent the previous summers as a counselor and teaching artist at a similar summer program in New Haven, CT. At these programs, I developed many strong relationships with families and ended up full time nannying for several! I can help with travel, errands, laundry, homework, bath time or whatever else you might need! Having pets is a plus but not a requirement ;)
