Hi! I'm a dedicated and experienced Special Educator with a strong passion for helping students succeed. With several years of teaching experience, I specialize in supporting students with diverse learning needs, providing individualized instruction that meets them right where they are. I'm well-versed in IEP goals, accommodations, and evidence-based strategies tailored to each student's strengths and challenges. In addition to my work as a Special Educator, I also have hands-on experience supporting children with autism through ABA. I've worked closely with families and behavior analysts to implement individualized behavior plans that promote communication, independence, and positive behavior. Alongside my professional, I also have experience babysitting children of various ages. I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable and cared for.
