About Michael

Hi! I'm Michael, a college student currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychology and due to graduate this spring! I plan to continue my education in nursing and eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. I also work with children every day through my experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), so I'm very comfortable making learning engaging, patient, and individualized. I offer tutoring in middle school Math, English Language Arts (ELA), reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, study skills, and general homework support. I especially enjoy helping students who may need concepts explained in a different way or a little extra encouragement to build their confidence. My Psychology education has given me a strong understanding of learning, development, communication, and individual differences. I believe tutoring should feel supportive rather than stressful, and I'll work with each student at their own pace while helping them become more independent and confident learners!
