About Andrea

Hi! I'm Andrea, a certified Maryland teacher with over 6 years of experience working with elementary-aged students. I've taught in both Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City schools and have experience supporting a wide range of learners, including students with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. I was recently nominated for Teacher of the Year, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's degree in Social Work, which has strengthened my understanding of children's social-emotional needs and how to support the whole child. I specialize in elementary reading, writing, and math, and I focus on building confidence while making learning engaging, individualized, and encouraging. My goal is to help students not only improve academically but also feel successful, capable, and excited about learning. I look forward to helping your child grow this summer!
