I was awarded a number of full academic scholarships after high school. I took AP and IB classes in high school and graduated college a semester early. I've been a tutor for the past 13 years (I have 11 years of paid experience). I'm a former 7th and 8th grade English teacher. I know every student is different and everyone doesn't learn at the same pace. That's where I step in! I enjoy watching students grasp concepts that once seemed like a foreign language to them. I am extremely patient and I like to build a friendly relationship with my clients. Students are more likely to pay attention when you aren't mean to them.
