About Camilla

Hello- I have had a lot of experience caring for seniors, mostly my Family members. My grandmother and I shared a mutual connection that evolved over the years. I was living in England at the time, and we spent many weekends together. I helped her with cooking, shopping, calls, appointments, but mostly I enjoyed just spending time with her and hearing her fascinating stories. My more recent "hands on" care has been with my mother after her hip surgery in 2010, and then caring for my father (who is 84) recovering from his knee surgery last summer. I changed his wounds, bedpan, and helped with physical therapy. I also cooked and shopped for him, and spent the evenings keeping him company. I truly enjoyed these experiences, and would love to continue my care with someone needing help/company. I have just taken my CPR/First Aid training and have current certification.
