I've been helping elderly individuals for about three years now, assisting with things like running errands, grocery shopping, preparing meals if needed, and most importantly, keeping them company. I truly enjoy spending time with them, listening to their stories, and making their days feel a little brighter. I know how it feels to be alone, so I approach every visit with empathy, patience, and genuine care. For me, it's not just about helping with tasks it's about making someone feel seen, valued, and supported.
