Ada cared for my father through the end of his life. I cannot say enough positive things about the care and compassion she provided to him and to our whole family. She helped him through that challenging period and was such a support for us. She was reliable, on time and ready to help. Her gentle, patient demeanor brought comfort and dignity to a difficult time for our family. She was incredibly flexible and adaptable as changes were made in medications, routines and care needs. Most importantly, she took time to learn his personal preferences. Her attention to detail and commitment to honoring his wishes were instrumental in helping him enjoy his last stage of life. She also worked exceptionally well as part of a caregiving team, communicating effectively and collaborating to ensure continuity of care.
