About Ashley

Hi families! My name is Ashley, and I have 10+ years of experience providing loving, dependable childcare for children of all ages. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported and can grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. I truly enjoy engaging kids in activities, helping with routines, and making each day positive and structured. I have 4 years of experience working with children and adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. In addition, I am a full-time mom to a daughter with autism, which has given me deep patience, understanding, and hands-on experience supporting unique needs. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from La Roche University, and I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families I work with.
