About Kailey

Hi, I'm Kailey! I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider and tutor with a strong background in early childhood and elementary education. I am currently a life skills paraprofessional, working primarily with children with autism and intellectual disabilities. I was previously a general education elementary school teacher, as well as a 2-year-old teacher at a daycare, giving me experience supporting children with a wide range of needs, learning styles, and personalities. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children feel safe, confident, and successful--whether that's through engaging dramatic play, structured routines, or academic support. Along with my professional experience, I also have years of babysitting experience and understand the importance of trust, communication, and consistency. I love building positive relationships with children and families and strive to make every child feel supported while having fun and learning along the way!
