About Colleen

Hello, my name's Colleen! I'm 30 years old and a former teacher of elementary, middle, and high school level children. I primarily taught English at the high school level but also worked extensively with children of all ages. I've since changed careers but still love working with kids and helping them grow and learn to be as happy and knowledgeable as possible. I believe in empathy, understanding, and kindness first, but also rules and regulations used to help guide children and their understanding of the world. I have a bachelor's in English Education as well as a master's in Childhood Education. I've been babysitting, nannying, and/or working with children in some capacity since I was 12 years old.
