About Anna

I have over 5 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults with autism and down syndrome, usually with high support needs. i'm comfortable working with clients at home and in the community, and can provide support in all areas of life, including with ADLs and behavioral support. I'd describe my personality as relaxed, goofy, and mindful. I like working with kids because it's extremely rewarding. I love working with a new client - especially a special needs child - and see how their personalities blossom and their confidence grows as we continue working together. I'm looking for a job that offers consistent weekly hours where I can provide support and care preferably for a special needs child, teenager, or adult. I started working with kids when I worked at L Academy in 2021. Since then, I have worked as a Camp Counselor and have provided PCA services to kids at home and in the community.
