About Janelle

Hello! I have over 15 years of experience as a pediatric Occupational Therapy provider, working in private clinical settings, within client's homes, and in early childhood education/grade school. In addition to my OT experience, I have over 2 years of experience as a nanny, and have previously worked as an in-home personal caregiver for an adult with special needs (1+ years), so I am very comfortable working within a family dynamic. I'm passionate about utilizing my education and experience to facilitate the development of physical, cognitive, language/communication, and social skills through play and positive enrichment activities, such as nature outings, museums, etc at an age appropriate level. I also integrate early basic sign language to promote learning, as well as tenets of Montessori methods. Recommendations available upon request! I look forward to hearing from you!
