About Susan

Hi! I'm currently a stay-at-home mom with two teenage kiddos. I have been married for 20 years to a supportive, loving husband. We enjoy animals and spend a lot of time outdoors, especially fishing at our lake cabin in Northern MN. I spent 17 years working in Child Protection, specifically in an emergency shelter setting. I have also worked and managed in the restaurant industry as a side job for "fun money" used for our family vacations to Hawaii, California or anywhere warm in January! Before my child protection position, I studied to take the LSAT for law school while working as a personal care attendant for a retired accountant in his home. He was a quadriplegic due to Polio. This job was challenging, however defined patience and what it looks like on a daily basis for people with disabilities. I am trustworthy, kind, timely and fun. I enjoy working with people, getting to know clients & caring for those in need. I'm happy to talk through any questions you may have.
