About Amanda

Hello there! My name is Amanda and I am New York City native who has been in living in California for the last decade! I have been educating and nurturing children for over 12 years and have taught and developed many types of curricula, including pre-reading and pre-math, as well as science through outdoor learning. I have lots experience with online education due to my school closure during quarantine in 2020. In addition to preschool, I have run my own arts enrichment program, "Rhapsody and Rainbows", which allows preschoolers to learn about music while playing instruments they made themselves. I have years of experience nurturing and working with infants and toddlers in a home setting as well as daycare setting. I love cooking projects, all genres of music, reading stories and exploring nature. Arts and crafts are my absolute favorite activity!
