We're seeking a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist a vibrant young woman in her early 20s with developmental disabilities. Help foster independence, build life skills, and support her passions for singing, dance, Disney, and community engagement. Schedule: Mon-Tue 5-8 PM, variable weekends (20-25 hrs/week). Pay: $30-$33/hr DOE + mileage, W-2. Duties: Support daily routines, community outings, light meal prep, documentation, and behavior plans. Encourage socialization and positive structure. Qualifications: Experience in developmental support; CPR certified; strong communication, patience, reliability. Must have valid driver's license, vehicle, and pass background check. Location: In-person.
