We are looking for an experienced and compassionate caregiver to support my parents. The primary focus of care is for my mother, who has advanced Alzheimer's. We are seeking someone who understands dementia care and can provide patient, respectful support while maintaining routines. Care Responsibilities * Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing * Provide toileting and incontinence care * Assist or prompt with meals and feeding * Offer companionship * Provide memory care support, redirection, cueing, and reassurance * Maintain a consistent, safe routine * Communicate updates to family Schedule: 7 days per week • Morning Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. • Evening Shift: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Shifts will be shared between at least two caregivers.)
