Two different jobs needed for elderly gentlemen in his home Dayshift 0830 to 1630 Prepare breakfast ensure patient takes medication observe and encourage PT and OT exercises . Take small dog to the backyard to do his business.. walk big dog if Walker has not come in the morning. Observe and help patient walk to Den . Prepare lunch. Tidy up bedroom and kitchen. Collect trash and put in blue trashcan outside . Night Shift job 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Prepare dinner for patient . Bring in mail as well as any packages. Open packages addressed to patient. Ensure patient is in bed by 10 p.m. Be sure all dirty dishes are in the dishwasher and run same .
