Part-Time Nanny Needed | Week-On / Week-Off Schedule, Daycare Transport & Light Household Help

We are a young family in Seattle, looking for a reliable, caring, and organized part-time nanny to join our household. We have a toddler (under 2) and are expecting a second child soon. Our schedule runs on a week-on / week-off routine based on our work shifts, and so we're looking for someone who can follow a similar pattern. On weeks that we are both working, or weeks-on, the work would be heavier (30-35hrs), with early daycare drop-off, afternoon pick-up, and bedtime routines, with the middle of the day free. On weeks where one of us is not working, there would be a lighter schedule (around 10hrs). We would be happy to share a sample schedule, negotiate a minimum hours-guaranteed pay, along with hourly pay rate. Please let us know if you think this might be a good fit for you.
